Cassanova Was A Woman- a romantic comedy about fidelity, fantasy, and fried plantains!  Jezabel Montero writes, produces, and stars in this romantic, brazen comedy about the perils and challenges of being a monogamous bisexual.  Again, as in “Blondes Are Latin Too” she attempts to defy stereotypes by confronting the issue of sexual labels.  What happens when you are neither straight nor gay, but want to be faithful?  Is it any different from being just attracted to one gender?  Is fantasy enough?  What happens when you miss men and you’re in love with a woman?  Or vice versa?  Why is being bisexual so much harder to understand than gay or straight?  Throw in a Cuban family, with a famous soap star mother, a homophobic sister, a yogi therapist, and a naked guy for a confidante and you’ve got a recipe for a raucous comedy that leaves you pondering, “Sexuality:  is it in your head or in your groin?”
